Statistics & The Present Moment – Pt 5

So how do you create a better future from the present moment?

Well, firstly it’s about letting go that the future will give you anything that you don’t already have now. You might say, well when I have a good job, or a million dollars, or the right partner, or better health, then I’ll be happy or feel better than I do now.

Sadly, this is how most people go about their day-to-day life and then wonder why nothing that is achieved seems to fulfil them.

You see, it all starts with how you feel right now. And how you feel is determined by what you’re thinking, so if you can begin to notice the thoughts that are going through your head, you’ll get a clear feeling of whether it feels good or not.

If it feels good then you’re in alignment and your next moment (future) will be an extension of this one. If on the other hand, it doesn’t feel good, again your next moment (future) will be an extension of this one. If this is where you’re at, it’s time to consciously reach for a better feeling thought or simply focus on your breathing to reduce the mind chatter altogether.

As you practice this you’ll begin to slowly shift your consciousness so that you become the deliberate creator your were born to be, and then life begins to look magical!

More tomorrow…

Our Self

Our Self, that lives within, Joy is our name, All is well and all is Allowed.

Enjoy-in this moment, present here and now, and as this moment is allowed, the life force that is our source flows all about.

If we find ourselves in circumstances that feel painful, know that we are always worthy and deserving of Love and can find Joy.

As it is within so it is throughout.
